All items sold on Basket24 – even small gadgets – are double-checked and tested by our quality control team before they are shipped. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products. Most importantly, if you are not satisfied, we will make it right!

To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide an open delivery service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it and receive a refund.

Products Return Policy

We hope you love every product you purchase from us. However, if there is an issue, Basket24 has a hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth experience. If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, you can return it.

You must inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery to your end customer.

Conditions for Returns

You may return a product if:
✅ The product is physically damaged or defective (including the outer box).
✅ There are warranty issues or quality defects with the delivered product.
✅ The wrong product was delivered or it does not match the description on our website.
✅ A part of your order is missing due to reasons attributable to the seller.

How to Request a Return?

When making a return request, you must provide the following:

📷 Images of the product that clearly show:

  • The shipping label with Order ID

  • The order details

  • The packaged shipment

  • The defect/damage issue

📹 Unboxing video clip that captures:

  • All sides of the package

  • Order details & shipping label

  • Quantity of the product

  • Any damages or defects

📜 Copy of the bill/tax invoice for the product received.

Cancelling Orders & Refunds

All orders placed on Basket24 can be canceled only if they have not been processed yet.

How to Cancel an Order?

1️⃣ Go to “My Account” > “Orders.”
2️⃣ Find your order and select the “Cancel Order” option.
3️⃣ A confirmation pop-up will appear. Add your reason for cancellation and submit.
4️⃣ Once confirmed, our team will process your request.

📌 Refunds will be initiated within 10-14 days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
